Once again, gin is a key ingredient that has powered us through 2022! Based on the accolades garnered by last year's KFD gin cocktail, we've worked hard to craft one that's even better!
INGREDIENTS
Ice
50 ml Waiheke Distilling Co Gin
25 ml Passionfruit liqueur
25 ml Passionfruit pulp
50 ml Passionfruit juice
50 ml Prosecco
METHOD
Add a handful of ice to cocktail shaker, then add gin, passionfruit liqueur and passionfruit puree
Shaking vigorously (with best bar tender moves) for 20 - 30 seconds
Strain your cocktail into your favourite martini glass and top with Prosecco
Gently garnish with a floating passionfruit half
Enjoy!
