Initial consultation
It starts with a conversation - meeting with you for an onsite consultation to discuss your brief and determine the scope of work. We take time to learn about you, your family, your style and your way of life. And your vision for your home - your desired design direction, wishlist, timeframe and project budget. This appointment is usually 90 minutes to 2 hours and is a working appointment where we supply you with valuable information, providing you with clarity and direction for your project.

Estimated fee proposal
Equipped with a detailed scope of work, we provide you with a detailed package of services to meet your brief, to be approved by you prior to commencement of work.
Fee | Based on each unique scope of work, with a minimum project fee of $6,000 + gst
design concept
This is the first glimpse of our vision for your project - a visual presentation of our approach and design direction, including the colour palettes, overall aesthetic and reference images.
We meet to present a concept board to you and discuss our recommendations.

SPECIFICATIONS
For renovations and new builds, this is where we work with our clients, your architects, builders and trades to select colour schemes, the best fixtures, fittings and finishes for both the exterior and interior of your home, pulling it all together into a cohesive scheme including:
Exterior colour recommendations for cladding, roof, spouting, joinery, soffits, front door, garage door
Interior colour recommendations for main walls, ceiling, doors, trims as well as a schedule for trades, brush-outs and test pots
Flooring specifications
Kitchen finishes selection
Bathroom plumbing selections
Feature lighting selections
Documentation for trades

FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS
We like to think of this stage of working our magic to scheme, source and select furnishings to create personality and soul for your home. We create specific design recommendations for each space, including sourcing and specifying the best furniture, furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, cushions, artwork, linen and accessories, including custom pieces. We’re passionate about this process, favouring quality over quantity ensuring the pieces will be loved for many, many years to come.
Fee | from $6,000 + gst for a home including entry, kitchen & dining, living room, family room and and master bedroom
design management
Here we use our strong network of proven trade-only suppliers to provide you with the best quality pieces for your budget. We then take care of all the logistics, managing for you the time-consuming process of ordering the products, furniture and furnishings for your home, creating all the necessary purchase orders, tracking the status on each item and ensuring they’re delivered at the right time for your project plan.
INSTALLATION & STYLING
We love this part of the project - we’ll coordinate the final placement of pieces, the zhooshing and styling. It’s fair to say we’ve always invested a big part of ourselves in each project, so we love to ensure the end result is as perfect as it has been in our mind’s eye.
